While I agree with most of the points you are making, the review is just like your approval rating. Barely sufficient.

Most of my recent reviews have had positive ratios, sir. My approval is only like that cause for some reason a neg will bring down the approval significantly, whereas a pos will do little to nothing. Yes, my reviews rarely get all pos, but I'm happy with a positive ratio on most of them..

If the approval system wasn't broken and give more approval points for a pos the approval would be higher, but it doesn't work like that.
