Hell yeah, slex! The more I listen to “reedcutter”, the more it reminds me of some “bloom & breathe” era Gates. Love it.

Reedcutter, Sapphirine, and Veer are three of the best songs this band has ever made, period.

It admittedly took time to grow for me as well. I remember initially thinking it was a 3.5-- with iffy production -- and being conflicted because I really didn't want to give them a lukewarm review. But a handful of listens later it all clicked, and I still feel like I reviewed it too early because it became a 5 and now ranks up there with Shrine and His Old Branches as my favorite TROW.

These guys ever gonna make an lp again? They put out music like people with dayjobs or something. Christ.

That's exactly what it is 😂
Hoping for new music in any form as well, although it's easy to forget that this EP hasn't even been out a full year yet.
