STD's album was a nice fresh idea opposed to all the late 90's rap rock and teen pop that was big at the time.I think their music is so out there/surreal that it's gotta be good it also very heavy with such dynamic type of tunes with sugar,peephole and of course spiders my personal favorite.

This band defined the word unique for me. I never knew what genre this band was because they were their own. Their self titled album had everything you could want in it. Brutal sounding riffs, crazy time signatures, catchy odd riffs, varying vocals i could only dream of. Some of the best stuff to hit the music world right here.
