Honest from the Jump is the one that's hitting the hardest for me. Song is just packed with nostalgia

Same. For a while there I was torn between "Honest from the Jump" and "Hiding in the Light" as my favorite, but there's just something about Honest from the Jump that sets it apart.

Man....Honest from the Jump's chorus is just so easy to just get lost in. Definitely the highlight for me. So great.
Also, @Sowing...your point about this being the best since Southern Air because of the drumming is spot on. LP3 had such an active kick drum pattern that always kept the pace of the songs moving forward and going places with great interesting fills. That was missing in the last two albums, and it seems like they realized that and told the drummer to be more active, especially with the kick drum usage.

LONG LIVE WHAT WILL NOT LAST

If anything compares to “Fields and Fences” here, I’ll gladly check.

^ Fields & Fences is the only track I really return to off their last album.. this is definitely better as a whole and stands up to it.

I think the self-titled album has this one beat in terms of emotion but this one is definitely better musically.

Well the music on this kicks the self-titled in the dick.

I wonder if these guys will do like Anberlin and release EPs back-to-back years. There's no basis for that in reality, but Ryan and Stephen seem to be decent friends and they both signed to EVR while pushing EPs as their current format of choice.

Jamming this today again after giving it a week to cool off. Very addicting EP.

"Eyes of Childhood" is a really strong return to the scene of the Yellowcard.

Lol not really, just a catchy part of the song
If I were going for poetic, best bet would be feed on a feeling and live forever / long live what will not last.
They've had better lyrics than what are on this album, but these are serviceable and occasionally great.
