Their first dud in my opinion, with better production/mixing than Villains but sounding muddled and uninspired to me. No standouts or songs I loved, just a consistently fine rock album from beginning to end.

I dig the album, but I give it a year or less before it starts to drop from rotation
not really heavy or angry at all lol, definitely a mix between LtP and Villains
opener and closer are great, but songs like Time and Place are wasted with aimless songwriting, and Sicily is pretty awful (“you’re all peaches and cream… I’m drowning in wet dreams”… cmon josh)
still solid, just expected way more
