They do such a good job of introducing gentle and lush sounds here without abandoning their classic sound or technical prowess, and no direction they start to go in overstays its welcome before they shift gears again. I'm more than halfway through this now and I've been thoroughly entertained the entire time.

Just finished and yeah, this album is absolutely insane. It's the best thing they've ever done and it's not even really all that close. This might be an early AOTY contender for me which I never would have seen coming from a thousand miles away.
