ahhh always good to come back to this band and hear that there's still technical dm that drops the noodles for the riff plate. It's crazy how they incorporate influences from such a wide spectrum of styles yet sound uniquely Anata

This band was so bloody excellent, I still jam this regularly. They’ve been having a new record on the shelves for so many years. Just awful it’s probably never gonna see the light of day.

Beautiful is the right word. I LOVE how they incorporate so many major tonalities in this. That stuff really catches the ear and sounds profound as fuck. I try to look for that stuff in other bands and most just won't or will rarely ever do it. It's an incredibly gripping technique. Of course it needs to be done deftly enough to not sound tacky and these guys have no trouble there. It's such a melodic record, more so than lots of melodeath ironically. That, along with the duel guitar technique are some of what make this a masterpiece record.
