I think I saw someone tag him in a tweet saying her friend thinks he looks like the creepy uncle who hugs you too long. Fairly rude thing to say to someone you don't know and that you know (very likely a fan so I'm sure they're not oblivious) has body dysmorphia imo

Yeahhh not a great look on her end. I mean Brendan's reaction is certainly.. visceral.. but idk as someone with image issues and overall just someone who struggles with mental health I can't say I know for a fact I wouldn't react the same way. And I'm sure being in a position where people form parasocial relationships can't help
