They put on a killer show, would recommend. Plus, it looks like they're taking the saxophone player along for the ride.

I feel like this band would’ve taken over the world in 2008

Absolutely! I don't think I've given so many 4.5s in a single year, and I also wrote my first 5/5 review for a new album since 2016. 2022 has been quite astounding so far :]

On my first listen now.

Might be displaying my ignorance of metalcore, but don't think I've really heard anything like the first few songs before. Pretty weird stuff and I'm not sure how I feel about it yet, but certainly interesting. I quite liked Title Track.

They are still pretty unique sounding despite falling neatly into mathcore

There aren't many acts that are getting this wild/dipping into experimental waters, but if you know where to look, they're out there.

We're at a point now where massively changing the game will never happen in practically any genre, but there are definitely some insane achievements being made in refining styles or advancing prior ones to a new level.

I placed a 5 on this the moment the album art was posted to Sput months back and now that I have heard it, I am not changing a thing.

pj, if you dropped it from a 5, I would've genuinely been concerned
