"Also the video for Angst is one of the best of Rammstein."
Agreed. The new music videos are great and a really good mix. Zeit has a melancholic Story to tell, Angst has a good message that's presented with dark visuals and Zick Zack is just pure colorful fun.

Can't let his first post get swallowed by th PB
>This whole album after first listening just made me cry.
It left me with a feeling that they made this masterpiece album to say goodbye. I feel like there are plenty of references to older songs everywhere.. And the Adieu feels like anthem, like the song that can be played during closing credits of an epic movie..
Also the video for Angst is one of the best of Rammstein.
On the other hand there seem to be some new electronic vibe in the album, like there are more electronics than before, which just gives even more power to the powerful guitars and drums on the album. Till vocals are powerful as always - that could be difficult to elevade
The tour will be for sure as amazing, hopefully not the last one though....

I will also say if this album is a bit to slow for some of yall Check out youtuber Nenelhaus he makes a lot of Rammstein inspired songs. Lovedoll is one of my favorites, and Ruoska I think is coming out with a new album this year. Check out their new singles Runno and Kade.

Just listened to this and untitled side by side and untitled is so much more fun than this one. Playing the two together makes you realise just how dark this one is in comparison.

Yeah, after 3 spins I'd slot this pretty much right smack in the middle.
Sensucht and Mutter and clearly better, Riese and Liebe are better but by less. Everything else, idk, I'd take this. Even over Herzeleid, that had better riffs but that's it. Songwriting, synth, vocals, etc. are better here.

““OK” is up there as one of the worst Rammstein songs ever made”
I disagree, I think it’s great although not as cohesive as the other tracks. Then again, I’ve been told I have shit music taste on many occasions lol

OK is great and will be fucking AMAZING live. The Rammstein songs that fare better live can be unsuspecting. I will await to see what kind of twists Till puts on its live performance.
This is just so good at being solid Rammstein without any annoying moments, and with a good handful of awesome moments. It stays surprisingly neutral compared to their last couple albums, but I see that as what it's supposed to be to achieve its overall thematic goal. It's a perfect slot into their discography.
The music videos though. Holy shit, they really make the best music videos in the industry.

Only song I skip is OK. Schwarz and Lugen are my faves, though I also love the chorus on the closer. Hope they play more than just the singles from this on the coming tour!

Badass outro riff on that. Not skippable.

After my first listen, I thought it paled in comparison to the 'Untitled' album.
But after the second listen, and with better understanding of the lyrics, I think it surpasses the previous album and is up top with my favourites 'Sehnsucht' and 'Mutter'.
I have a gut feeling that 'Adieu' will at least have a video release of some sort (even if it is one of those single videos that provides a montage of previous live performances during the bands tenure) with a statement that the band are calling it quits.

Reise Reise is my fave followed by Mutter. This sits just behind those alongside untitled and Sensucht

Ganz genau. Big [2] on both statements.

Appreciation time:
Let's all take a moment to reflect on how nice it is that Rammstein are still there, still feature the exact same line-up as almost 30 (!!!) years ago and are still this popular. Fills me with warm fuzzy feelings.

This is still growing on me. Might actually be the least immediate Rammstein album yet.
