Oh yeah as far as my deez book goes she's giving you what you want. Less song to song take and more of a long emotional/ intensity progressions.

Sitting on the bus, staring out the window during a gentle rain is the perfect setting to realize Body a 🐐🐐🐐 sort of song

Razor's Edge is so gorgeous.

I like the guitar supported tracks better than the piano ones here. Her voice matches so well with its tone, for some reason the piano here doesn't fit her voice in the same match-made-in-Hell way...

Fantastic record either way. And the piano does offer some nice diversity.

razor's edge reminds me so much of one of my fave artists (chris whitley) in a good way, it was awesome when i read an interview with emma in which she said she's obsessed with him. i kinda hope she goes fully in that direction on at least one future release

Dirt Floor is definitely in line with the Razor's Edge sound if you do check him out.

This finally clicked with me today and WOW. A very slow work from home day, had it on with a lamp on a gloomy day as the sun is setting, and resonating through some good speakers. I thought this would be a headphones album but I was wrong. The tone of the piano is perfect

Also amazing review Dewi - Easily of the best I’ve read on this site (or any other). You weave your personal story, the universality of the grieving process, and this specific piece of art together in a masterful way
