Biffy Clyro are the best alt rock band of this century if only because of how ridiculously stand out they are live.

absolutely true
I've said this many times before but I actually got to know them back in 2013 when they supported muse on their tour and they blew muse out of the water performance-wise lmao

A friend of mine asked if I was into Biffy Clyro yesterday and I had to admit that while I have listened through 3 or 4 albums, their music just never grabbed me very much. I threw on *Only Revolutions* and this earlier today and was really surprised. Ended up drawing me in far more than I expected. I'll need to listen to some more! Rating this as a 4 for now.

I haven't paid attention to Biffy Clyro for about a decade as they got mellower, but a friend told me I should give this a shot and I ended up loving it.
A Hunger In Your Haunt also makes me think that Moon Tooth is slowly (d)evolving into these guys.

Hunger in Your Haunt, Denier, and Holy Water are probably my big three that I can't stop coming back to, but I'm not sure if part of that is because I never have time to listen to the album past that point and they just lucked into the role of being my favorites because of repetition. At the same time, there's absolutely no chance that any other song here is better than Holy Water, which is just downright astounding and deserves to be mentioned among the best indie-rock songs of the past few years.

Just found out about this and giving it a proper listen. Cool stuff on here and definitely some of the more refreshing alt-rock i've heard lately.

I feel like this is them doing two steps into the right direction as compared to their previous album. The last one didn't do a whole lot for me with the exception of the opener.
