Mylo had moments and I loved that track Midnight but man, they just downgraded severely since then

Colourtura was such an interesting turn and really should have been the foundation to build the album. Completely shocked on the amount of guest artists on this album, it screams commercialism

this shit is even less inspired than Headful lmao. quite the accomplishment

haven't seen the general discourse about this album yet, but i'm not surprised to see it BNM - chris martin and co always had it in them.

after 'the scientist' i always wanted to hear a more sci-fi version of the band as i felt it complemented their general 'nerd' aesthetic well, plus their music sounds sort of universal in a soccer / eurovision kind of way. my one gripe is that they didn't double down on the emoji-led song titles, opting for a secondary (bracket) title, however i guess this allows people to talk about their favourite songs without having to perform some sort of bastardised charades

album for nans and youth alike, i can only imagine most of the 1.0-3.5's are just jumping on the hate-bandwagon
