"This better than the debut?"

in a completely different league. hard to compare though since this isn't trying to be a standard hip-hop album, it's much darker and unfamiliar. you wouldn't bump this in the car

If you all mean the S/T by debut then yeah this is far better. S/T is their weakest release imo though still quite good

this is paranoid af.

Not 100% sold on it, but it's more interesting than their other stuff.

I'll still take the self-titled over this tbh but this is still pretty dope.

This album literally sounds like the end of days. A broken, fragmented mess of anxiety and uncertainty. Best way I can describe it.

I'll be bumping this when the rapture comes that's for sure

So happy they found the strength to move forward after Jordan's passing.

If someone gave me this album and didn't tell me what band made it, no way I would've guessed it was an injury reserve album. What a sound shift, in a good way.

Huh really don't know what to make of this on first listen. I definitely appreciate what they're up to here but idk part of me just kinda misses the bangers

I dig the much more abstract approach tbh. these ideas mesh and flow so well that the runtime flies by whenever I listen in full

Thought this was a bit of a mess but given the high praise I guess I'll try again.
