No it's very engaging, I was listening to it while working and it kept distracting me

I was actively listening to something earlier and promptly forgot I was listening to anything at all, so this sounds promising. Exactly what I look for in music.

This album is sequenced in a way that's simultaneously invigorating but also maybe frustrating... for a minute there I thought Low went noise rock. Then it happens again much later. Then again does one really want a whole album like that from these guys? Hmm...
probably genius, haven't decided yet

Still prefer the early Low style but these last two albums are so good
I rate them higher than the ‘Things We Lost…’ period albums, and that is many people’s favourite era of the band

Things We Lost is excellent, I prefer it to the debut...
This might be better, but yeah it's very different and not really comparable in any meaningful way apart from the obvious 'same band' etc.
(couldn't get into Double Negative for some reason)
This has become the #1 reason I haven't submitted my ballot yet.

Things We Lost! Things We Lost!
say what you like about any other music ever, but nothing hits harder than Mimi falling down those damn stairs

is it lawful to assign ballot points to an album you've been listening to for precisely 4 days?... that's the burning question / elephant in the room I'm contemplating... it's deep

The last 3 tracks are holy smokes levels of goodness, I’m in awe…
In fact just the whole latter half is incredible.

things we lost is just very solid all the way through, but this is a lot bolder and more creative, and individual moments hit much harder imo
