I’m mostly joking it’s Owl City esque but that’s about it, but I have it a 1 because it literally does everything opposite of what I’m looking for

This album is a huge overload of the senses and not in a good way.

But I also really like it, so I don't know how to feel!

Came dreadfully close to writing another review that draws parallels between the album and non-denominational church music again with this record so I'm glad someone else reviewed it first.

Very cool album! A bit boring in a very cozy way, lovely stuff.

@JohnnyoftheWell (Staff Reviewer) chord progressions on this are simple indeed but serviceable and remarkably polished when you consider just how well even stuff like chosen syllables for hooks act in service of the melody lines!!! The only real grievance I have with melodic ideas is ironically the most adventurous chord decision Porter makes on the record, being the last chord of the pseudo chorus bridge thing 3:57 into Mirror before the drop because it sounds so overtly "check out this chord I learned on a Ben Levin video" that it fucks up what was possibly the most well considered progression on the record! You are incorrect with your opinion even if it is correct!

Saw theneedledrop review of this, Worlds is definitely the Discovery of this generation, Nurture is just an extension of that, my take anyway

I am actually thinking about making this a 5 - and I've only got about 12 proper studio albums that I've ever done that for.

It's just been making me so happy the past two weeks... I think I am falling in love.
