I was kind of enjoying it but i fell asleep 7 songs into it.. at 2pm. Make of that what you will. It's not nearly as bad as everyone says though but the female vox don't sit right in the mix.

So, I don't think this album is bad necessarily as nothing here is outwardly offensive other than the whole of the thing itself. There's a good stretch where it legit sounds like the band is working through multiple ideas to take a single song and they said "fuck it, record all of them". I cannot for the life of me tell you what song is what. Extremely disappointing since Shiny Oh So Bright was actually a lot of fun and pretty damn memorable. This thing is an absolute slog and I cannot see myself trying to experience the whole thing at once again. I will add a song or two to a playlist but I cannot recall which ones are the good ones lol
