Big Tobacco aggressively markets to kids too. They just don't do it as much in the west these days.

I would say a 12mnth period is far too short a span of time to truly study the effects of long term benefits given the average age of those involved was 15.8.
There is clear alleviation but still a hefty 40% suffer depression. 30% with suicidal thoughts? Blimey.
That second report also suggests those with trans issues make up 0.5% of the population.
I’ve said this before by my neighbour was/is male to female. They have now had the surgery and seem to be living a care free life but they did this in their 60s. They themselves said they didn’t have a clue until much much later in life.
