Third spin will decide if this is actually worse than the debut or not, but that song most defo bangs

My less favorite, and this is not as good as debut because debut is just... perfection.

this is a more even experience than the debut, which had bigger gaps between the best and worst tracks in my opinion. the question is just how high do the highlights reach...
|
| |
Idk, I find debut more cohesive, and they built this red light image / concept along with the cover that really helped to get that consistency. Debut wasn't about single tracks, it was about the whole thing.
This one I feel it has more highlights, it's built on really great pop bangers and lowest lows (which are still good songs though), but there is less of a concept/image wrapping it up.

That sounds about right to me too Dewi. Only on listen 2 but I prefer first for those reasons
|
| |
i think i maybe really uh
might be the only one who prefers this one to the debut then huh?
reason being, it's just easier to listen to
|
| |
You'd hate it but Johnny feels the same way than you.
And it's normal, like I said, this one has better songs (I think, idk)

"reason being, it's just easier to listen to"

I think the debut is better but there isn't a lot in it

There's a hi-res version floating around the interwebs *pirateface
|
| |
but I want Phobe & Joey to get at least 0.00000000000009 cent per listen!
I'd never steal music in a store (without leaving 1 Euro somewhere hidden in the LPs).

I've been trying to get Sowing into these guys since their debut, to no avail.
|
| |
Did you sell them as either
1) apocalyptic
2) country
3) grappling with religious guilt
?

4) taylor swift

Naah, damn, it's my fault after all.
Summary should have read: Country jams for an apocalyptic religious fallout ala Taylor Swift.

That's m'boy

Let's make an experiment.
