Ew
Need to peep their last two but this is probably about on par with them for me, which is to say this is fine
"Dying Breed" is so syrupy it gave my ears a toothache

Man i just can't picture a reality where id have this on the same level as WW and especially BB, just such a drastic leap to my ears
At least WW has a few good tracks but the other is just straight dumpster

Meeeehhhhhhh. Think this one is getting overrated a bit because it's the first cohesive and decent album they've made in a decade, but it's far from great. It's hard to even distinguish between songs they all sound so similar. I guess I'd be more into this if I really liked John Cougar Mellencamp and Air Supply. As it is it's pretty decent but I'm struggling even giving it a 3. I will though because I realize I'm just not that into heartland soft synth rock, and it's pretty good if that's the vibe you're looking for.

"Dying Breed" is so syrupy it gave my ears a toothache
feel like another good way to phrase this sentence is "Dying Breed is a song by The Killers"

this is cornball af but that's basically just this band, this album does it with good hooks and arrangements at least
that's my impression anyway, haven't heard anything post-Day & Age

This was unexpectedly good. It’s solid and I’d definitely put it top 3 of theirs. Caution is a great song

Caution is one of the better cuts for sure

I take back what I said about this being on par with the last two, it's slightly better

running towards a place is like generic war on drugs af

i think this is pretty adequately rated
its not their best but its a return to form that develops a fair few of the interesting ideas on ww into something substantial
