@Tundra Tilian is actually decent at spanish, not pure spanish but Dominican, his pronunciation is about 70% on. He has the thickest Dominican accent (which deviates a lot from pure spanish).

So maybe the fact that it isn't pure spanish or latino spanish is what puts you off?

Not hearing the “god awful” production on dbm.

It's pretty solid imo. It sounds different but that gives it more of its identity which is one of the Tilian era's problems.

Guitars are turned up way too much on DBM1, bass drum sounds like crap. I guess it's better than I remember, I admittedly haven't listened to it on good headphones in a while.

Dgds drumming never amazed me. I think there's a reason it's always drowned out the most

I rescind my "god awful" comment on DGD production and replace it with "okay"

This is so hit-and-miss for me. Tillian-era DGD hinges heavily on how little Tillian's melodies can make me cringe. Acceptance Speech and IG are still my favorites so this might be tough for me to love. AS was so-so for me too.

Though...Prisoners is phenomenal. More spins needed.

I guess I'm forever corrupted by the shitty-quality rip of DBM i had on my iPod mini in 2008 from Limewire.

Back on AB, Will on Parody Catharsis is a mood. Adore the guitarwork on that song, thanks Zac Garren.

Huh, I love this way more than ArSe, and feel it's on par with Mothership, and might be more consistent front to back, even if the highs don't quite reach as high as Mothership.
