For me the album doesn't really get going until track 3 but from there on it's all gold

Yall have me very intrigued, I have never been a fan of mainstream country but always enjoyed the true country of the past or country with a twist like Sturgill Simpson, giving this a listen for sure

Tried twice now and just can't fully get into it. Starts off alright (moderately strong, even) then peters out quickly and zzzzzzz into the finish. 'The Day It Rained Forever' is quality, though, and made it to my personal playlist. Out of tens:
• Green Shadows 6
• In Light of Us 6
• The Day It Rained Forever 8
• Something Relative 5
• Tired Tower 5
• Suzuki Dreams 5
• Vaguely Satisfied 6
• Someone Else's Dream 4
• Tomorrow Never Comes 5
• Strawberry Lite 4
• Starmaker 5
Album cover 10/10, though.

I enjoyed my first listen definitely, it is so magical/sweet sounding! This could be one of those that click and blow me away after a few listens... kind of like Shakey Graves latest album did for me
