I like the previous one quite a bit more, but this one is great too. The EP from this year was baaaad tho.

The last one came off like the collection of unreleased ideas that it is, it was like a b-side sample platter. A very good b-side sample platter but nonetheless... this actually feels like an album and has more of Jaar's personality to it. Each song feels like a part of his world rather than just Jaar experimenting with taking stabs at genres he doesnt usually tackle in his bigger projects.

I like how short Alarm is, it comes it bangs and it goes away, and it functions as a "seamless" bridge between the album's halves (works especially well before Deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeefers imo)
