i really tried to like this, despite not liking anything else they've ever done, but i was generous with my 3 rating. i feel if i listen to this again it will drop to 2.5 those drums are just awful

After revisiting the previous two records I might bump this down a bit. Some cuts on here sound like b-sides from the last album. Some good stuff here but I definitely agree that it could've been cut down a bit.
