but the second "I'm pissy because my children have an easier life than I did" definitely doesn't seem like the attitude my grandparents had towards my parents
if we aren't talking post-war, more parents today, I don't think every parent thinks they had such a hard time in their generation their children have to have a much easier life

Weyes Blood is well written and performed but a bit too reverential of the classics and trad for me to rate it above a 4 - and this is me saying it's a little stiff n' stuffy
I will say as an evolutionary leap for her song writing it's pretty amazing, her previous stuff is just 'art warble' (new genre, don't debate)
