starting to do more random impulse jams. decided to finally get into nile because i've been meaning to jam them forever. really really digging this. raw, brutal, techy and a signature gimmick as good as any in metal. drumming sounds super tight and loving the deep gutturals. surprised by the variety of riffage here, simple punishing riffs mixed with tech-y tempo changes. some really cool groove too, barra edinazzu goes so hard. ramses is another fav.
die rache krieg is such a cool touch that gives this so much flavor. closing duo have those sweet egyptian intros, so fun. honestly hope their future albums are more egyptian haha. excited to keep jamming m/. could be a future favorite i feel.
