It's better than TH&N but worse than everything else that followed it.
Then again I have Hollow Crown on the bottom and haven't heard the first two.

Yeah I just listened to Gravedigger for the first time in like a year and it stomps on a majority of this record

@Tundra: And that's one of the weaker songs on LF//LT haha

The truth is that BMTH is the band that went in the better direction since 2012 and people are having trouble accepting this.

Facts.

Man their album art gets lazier and lazier. Doesn't take a wizard to use a 4-way mirror effect on a free phone app and call it pretty.

@Ghost: I love BMTH and have Sempiternal 5'd but I can't tell if you're serious. On a technical level, both LF//LT and AOGHAU thrash That's the Spirit, and this might be technically better than Amo although I have high hopes for it.

Nah, I still think they make good music, this is just the most underwhelming compared to All Our Gods and Lost Together

I find Architects very boring. Run of the mill metalcore and the vocals are pretty greasy. He's too goddamn raspy. I'd prefer some girthy lows.

That's the Spirit is simple, decently-played alt-rock, AOGHAU is significantly more progressive in nature as is LF//LT. That's what I mean.
|

At least BMTH progress on their albums and don't release the same shit for 3 albums straight. Creatively speaking they are shitting on this band.

Architects have been changing at a slower pace, you're right about that.

I don't want Architects to do pop rock thanks but no thanks

That's such a short-sighted description of their progression though, not gonna lie. It's not complete stagnation, it's little by little, much like the government's incremental changes :^)

@Tundra: Tbh same, I want the next album to pool in Middleton's influence harder and maybe give us a bit of a Sylosis+Architects flare.
