I remember someone recced me Kayo Dot years ago when I made a post-rock rec list but Artuma said they weren't what I was looking for... Since then I've become more amicable towards different types of post-metal though so perhaps they'd work better for me now...

I know someone jeered at the mention of prog earlier itt, but I can’t help but feel like this has the disgusting self-seriousness of prog. It could grow on me but I don’t think I’m a fan.
