A truly horrendous band, in musical ability, and the fact that most of the members are actually quite unintelligent and very narrow minded. Scary that they are such are force on sputnik. Cut your losses now kids, no one will want their name associated with them in a few years.

Truth, he can say what he wants that is the purpose of this place. I have just heard so many people say that underOATH are just geniue and nice Christian guys.

Muisee, thats lame sauce. Seriously, Ive met these guys before I knew who they were, and they are nice guys. Granted I despise their music, but hell, their music has no bearing on their personalities. And unfortunately for some of us, fortunately for others, this band probably wont go anywhere unless they break up like is entirely possible.

Love this album...My music tastes definitely deviant from this genre, however this album sucked me in and I'm really getting into them...Maybe this album doesn't do the ones prior justice, maybe it does? I wouldn't know...all I know is that I love it...and it's opened a new category of my musical spectrum.

I dig these guys, I saw them in Sydney Australian last week (For taste chaos) they dedicated a song to Jesus which is sweet cause they do they own thing and couldn't give a fuck about commercialism etc.. Some Kudos should go to Killswitch's own Adam D for producing this album

Best album of '06 so far, in my opinion. I loved, and still love, Chasing Safety, but this album has a lot better music and, unlike 99% of the other records out there right now, it's not an album of a bunch of singles that could go in any order. You have to listen to this cd from beginning to end to get the full effect of it. It's pretty much freaking awesome.

It's easily their only listenable record, TOCS and COT are.....man, I don't want to say it here but this word will describe it better than "awful".

terrible album, band, and fans. this isn't really even underoath considering that it has only 1 original meber (aaron) is left. they sold out big time though if you listen to their earlier work.
|
| |
They didn't sell out. they stopped sucking. They sucked soooo bad at the whole black metal thing, I mean, those were some of the worst riffs and lyrics ive ever heard in my life. And although Dallas Taylor KICKS ASS. His scream is absolutly terrible but hes great in maylene and the sons of disaster

An excellent review! Your style of writing flows well with your ideas and thoughts about the album. I picked this up today, but was weary about the emo chorus's that might pop up here and there (I have only heard Returning Empty Handed off this album). What an intense album from start to finish. I underestimated these guys!

what exactly is an emo chorus? just because a chorus is sung it doesn't mean it's emo, it just means that they are singing. anyway, this is still awesome, even after the repeated listens, this will never get old.
