Does anyone have a translation of the lyrics?

There don't seem to be any available online. I could try translating if you can find the original Ukrainian lyrics.

More than likely just some super nationalist borderline uncomfortable poetry from days past

Having read some of their lyrics, not really. Most of it is melancholy musings, heavy-hearted longing, and poetic descriptions of nature (forests, fields, rivers, etc.). But I haven't read all of their lyrics, so there maybe "nationalist borderline uncomfortable poetry" there too. XD

From their wiki page:

Their lyrics embrace Slavic mythology. Many of the band's lyrics are derived from the works of nineteenth- and twentieth-century Ukrainian poets (Oleksandr Oles, Oleh Olzhych, Maik Yohansen etc) and especially Taras Shevchenko.

Yeah, but the way Ukrainian poetry historically works, is it's either descriptions of the beautiful country-side with deeply personal and rarely nationalist/political connotations, OR (mostly 20th century underground/illegally published stuff) nationalist, but not too sure about how "borderline uncomfortable" it is. It's mostly: "Ukraine, oh Ukraine, when will you be free from Russian oppressors, why won't they just leave us be, you beautiful Mother or your peoples, raped and scared by your neighbors" kinda stuff.

Microscosmos definately sounds more interesting than this. I really like Blood In Our Wells, though. It's repetitive, sure, but in a good way. A hypnotic and trance inducing way.

As for the "nationalist borderline uncomfortable poetry", Drudkh has always distanced themselves from politics or any of such accusations, and I have yet to find a single reason to doubt them.

This is actually pretty good, I could see it growing after some more listens.

Best at being overhyped, like The Swan Road. They're not bad at all though, they're just inferior to what's actually their best albums.
