whenever I think of what kids are listening to in terms of metal I think of Periphery, Veil of Maya, Black Veil Brides, Bullet for My Valentine, Born of Osiris, Disturbed, and Avenged Sevenfold.
I feel like more people my age (early 20s) would be more for something like this.

There are just as many people being aggressively offensive about this album as there are people being violently defensives about this album.
tl;dr-I expect the ratings graph for this album will reflect that of Cradle of Filth's "Darkly, Darkly Venus Aversa". By which I mean to say, it's going to represent VERY mixed reviews.
I'm expecting someone to review this album with a "poor" rating, and another closer to a "classic" rating.
It must seem polarizing to people that a guy who usually prefers to review extreme metal albums (new releases) has rated a Trivium album higher than a 1.5. Oh well.
