Agreed, and it deserves some hype too imo. Best prog release of the year so far for me by a landslide.

Im digging Rise Radient more then I dug this. I dont know why but In Contact just didnt pull me in as a package. Songs are great but just didnt capture me. Salt is fantastic

Probably has to do with the questionable production on this record as well. Would love this to have the same production as Rise Radiant

I don't get what's questionable about the production here

I find it loud and difficult to listen to for more than a couple of tracks at a time. Compare if to Bloom, maybe you'll hear it.

Can't wait to read those Rise Radiant reviews btw

Sounds a little muddy and yeah, kinda too 'loud'. Not really that dynamic/organic

Maybe the production does sound more compressed, yea. But it's not to where I ever considered it an issue. On the contrary, I dig the haziness of it.

Ok guys I kinda like it. Graves really is nice. And surprisingly I look forward to Inertia and the weapon of the wall every time i spun the album

I'll check it out right now.

Aaaaand, back from the future I am, Jim is a fucking beast. I'm actually surprised how well this song works live, didn't expect that actually (album version is really focused so you'd think the clarity and equal pace with all instruments would be super, like really super, tough to keep up with).

Damn, now I wish they'd come to Poland even more.

Some great guitars work in there. For me, vox tone and melodies is a mixed bag

Will’s Song piece, imo, is perfect & The Cannon’s Mouth rule.

Great LP

Y'know, I remember Jim Grey doing a different spoken word thing live before this album had come out. Wonder if I can find a video anywhere

I think Songs for No One might be one of the best songs this band has written.

Vocals are easily one of the most infectious parts to me.
