I don’t do much vinyl but the few I have look great, I imagine ADOM is awesome with the big packaging

CDs. Vinyl is cool but way less convenient lol, I only have four of them. Used to have five but one was destroyed by a water leak in my house

I do play CDs in the car unless I’m looking for new stuff (them I use Apple Music) but I definitely wouldn’t have the storage space for all the albums I own if they were vinyl. I have about 600 CDs

I got their TGS set but now I realize how impossible it's gonna be to get two record players to start at the exact same time

Anyone else find the vocals on the Audiotree session to be extremely underwhelming? Almost as if he didn't put any effort into screaming at all.

This was extremely impressive compared to their last one. Highly organic, beautiful and poignant, especially at its quieter moments.

ive noticed armine getting a bit weaker in the vocal department, a bummer for sure but i still think he sounds good here. He was a monster on TGS tho, nothing can top that

I take back all the qualms I had with this album last year. This thing rules hard.

Its grown on me too.

When I saw them back in April Armine crushed it, but to be fair it was a tiny place with brick walls so who knows what he really sounded like.

IMO he's never sounded better than on "Ayil".

YET THIS SPORE CAST ASH ON SKINNNNNN

This album translates much better live than in the studio tbh. I saw them in April and thought the tracks sounded livelier than on the album.

i don't doubt that's true but it's why i feel their comments about the production come across a bit obnoxiously

"it's supposed to sound like that"

idk man, i don't think it's supposed to fuzz out and clip so the detail is lost at heavier moments. if it is, then like, why? all of the layers in neophyte visionary are lost for example.
