What makes Peripheral Vision good is almost nonexistent in this album.

Saw these guys on Friday night. Really solid, mellow show, but the crowd was more of a mixed bag. Strange combination of fans and tween white girls who texted and talked loudly throughout the entire set. No idea why they were there, but it was extremely distracting.

Peripheral Vision is one of my favorite albums of the past decade. My first listen through this I was incredibly disappointed....and maybe I still sort of am, because everything that I loved about this album seems to be completely gone. But, after a few listens I find myself really loving this. Still not even close to the level of PV, but it's still enjoyable. I can't even explain what it is and I feel like I objectively shouldn't enjoy it, but I guess this is somehow my guilty pleasure of 2017.

I've been finding myself listening to this album more than PV recently. I guess that's why it's hard for me to understand why people dislike this album; I understand that this album's initial impact comes off as lackluster and boring but if you decided to dedicate at least a few more listens, you will be greatly rewarded.
I think Bonnie is the best track here. It's such a great closer. The only issue I have with the album is Butterfly Dream, since it's kinda awkward for me to listen to because it reminds me of a certain song that I can't remember.

I also listen to this more than PV for whatever reason. Bonnie is great.

My favourite songs here are Living Small and Curiosity which seem to be the least appreciated tracks, haha.

My favorite tracks have to be Bonnie and Sunshine Type. Bonnie is infectiously catchy without being saccharine.

weird how much people dislike this album. it's obviously no PV, but still has a nice relaxing feel all throughout and the guitars and hooks are nice.
stoked to listen to these two new tracks

Much After Feeling is awesomeee. Way different vibe than Good Nature and PV. Sounds like they are going back to their hazy 80's type style though, which I love.
Other one sounds like it'll be a grower but I liked it. Short and sweet.
