I enjoy listening to this album while I eat organic, probiotic yogurt, sip on kombucha (sourced from local ingredients), and ponder which low-income neighbourhoods to gentrify next.

This is a treat for fans of the band. Probably won't change the minds of everyone who isn't crazy about the band so no surprise at some of the lower ratings.

Daniel takes his music very seriously so that will always be a barrier to some I think.

Or maybe peurile, overdramatic beat-poetry doesn't pass for competent lyrics?

Titan you should check out The Perfect Element or Remedy Lane from these guys. TPE is one of my favourite prog albums of all time. Really emotional and diverse

I would enjoy the music and instrumentation even if the lyrics were as bad as you're making them out to be. Which they're not.

It's very hard for me to digest the 5's I see from some users for the new album.

I wonder what rating these users would put to the PoS classics... maybe an 8?
