I can understand why people wouldn't like this. Flossie and Jackalope mostly are bad, and a couple others are forgettable. But Philosopher King, Winner, Man of the Year, and Deception all really get it done for me. A lot of style call backs to past albums, which was needed after IG came out and sucked it up

This album has honestly lost some of its luster for me. I loved it the first couple of listens, but now I feel that I like 7 of the songs and the rest are just meh

I had this at a 4 and bumped it down for the same reason. Probably would've held higher for me at 10 or 11 songs instead of 13

@oisincoleman to be fair you're actually right, I did have an opening with introduced things in a much more natural way by focusing on the album as a whole, but it sucked and I wanted to get straight to the point so I cut it
