How is this even close to being experimental? Besides Punchline, this is very by the numbers, boring chevelle. It's a shame too cause they're talented. La Gorgola was so much better and a lot more experimental for them.

Going to listen to this now, holding my expectations because every Chevelle release gets labeled heaviest, best since *this album*, most experimental, bunch of 4.5s and 5s blah blah blah and its usually just a typical safe Chevelle album.
People think every time Chevelle isn't dun dun dun'ing their way through 6 tracks straight that they're experimenting.
