Thrashes really hard, but not feeling a 5. The only cure to over-hyping this is to jam MORE THRASH like Aspid m/

in the second paragraph I'd put a "the" in front of the words "first impression."

Thanks bud! This is definitely that good man, give it a shot. It thrashes but it's really intricate and addictive at the same time.

Indeed. I got some Ridley Scott's Alien vibes while jamming the album haha.

Not bait. I don't think this is a bad release just flavour of the month tech thrash. Much like Avenged Sevenfold's hail to the king. Except this is a good genre and not cock rock. There are some original melodies but when they are robbing metallica and Immortal riffs its kind of obvious.

Give exact times, songs and evidence or no one will care.

the "Time is a clock on the wall we command / And its hands made from pillars of sand" bit in Pillars of Sand reminds me strongly of the "Fire, to begin whipping dance of the dead / Blackened is the end" bit from Blackened, but beyond that I don't hear anything on this album that sounds specifically like Metallica.

Vocals in the beginning of Collapse are really mediocre. Which is unfortunate, because the rest of this kicks ass from what I've heard so far.

'Give exact times, songs and evidence or no one will care.'
Yeah, if you're gonna claim that they're ripping them off at least try to present some form of evidence. The only time I ever heard anything that made me think of another band was in the middle of 'Recharging the Void' which sounds a bit like Pink Floyd's "On the Turning Away". Other than that this album sounds fresh as hell. It may teeter on the brink of corn here and there but they went all in and it payed off big time. You have to respect that.
