I've heard all of Slayer's "classic" albums, one Sodom album, a few Metallica albums, and one Megadeth and Anthrax album each which I hated so I didn't check out any more from either of them.

k, well the Anthrax album couldnt have been Spreading the Disease, Im guessing it was Among the Living cause everyone thinks thats their best album and they're dead wrong.
Can't think of what Megadeth album you wouldve hated.

their first album, which sucks, was a big influence on black metal. persecution and later releases have nothing to do with black metal.
