Atrocious album cover. A lot of these songs turn into snoozefests like "For the Kids", but when it hits, it hits right on target. "Do It, Try It" and "Road Blaster" are great, as well as "Solitude". The nostalgia factor in M83 just becomes too overpowering at many points, I still kind of enjoyed this LP though.

Moon Crystal is pretty much the definition of filler, but there are some terrific tracks here. Solitude, Road Blaster, Lazer Gun, Bibi The Dog... I love The Wizard which criminally ends way too soon. I've always liked M83 and if this is M83 half assing it, that's impressive. Not their best but I wouldn't call this a bad album by any means.
