Illinois has more variety but there's only a couple songs that are as good as the worst ones here

Casimir Pulaski and Palisades are as good as the best here and don't you forget it

Illinoise has too many flat-out annoying songs on it. "They Are Night Zombies" just kills me. But it's pretty hard to beat the likes of Casimir Pulaski Day.

Nah I'd still say Illinois is a more worthwhile experience since it hardly needed any time to grow on me, and also has some fantastic performances to boot from the three billion people who contributed to it.
Not to detract anything from this, of course. Plus, I can probably see myself 5'ing this in the future and putting in it, at the very least, on par with Illinois.

It depends on my mood I guess but certain parts remind me of a parade and I hate parades

Oh wait, we've talked about this before
It can be "parady" I guess, but I love every minute of it

This > Illinoise. Much more cohesive - Illinoise is very tangential, which I'm sure is sort of the point but I'm not as into that style of album structure.
