Bumping this to 3 and looking forward to new Floor binge material once the new live release drops.
And Floor is auto tuned in all NW and BZ live releases guys. Everyone is if it passes through a mixing/mastering stage.
If BZ was a straight live mix with no auto tune, EQ or compression her 'Winner' would sound closer to this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5tXU6SgsZc
And this is Wacken -13 Ghost Love Score. She is off pitch here and there which is to be expected for a human being in a loud environment at the end of a set. The live release has these slight misses corrected. Do note however that the last passage is completely bang on - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h51sYr_0K-s
I love Floor, but everyone gets a little (or a lot of) help these days, make no mistake about it.

Yea, and these vocal coach reacts video will never point out even obvious flaws, because saying 'xyz singer is sooo good omg it's perfect!' is what their audience wants to hear.
Floor is great. And I have to completely agree with you SingInColours, official live releases are always polished. Raw phone camera videos are better for a singing analysis

It's a moot effort anyway to try to sing 100% on pitch on a metal stage, you're moving and you're not hearing yourself properly in all the chaos and as long as you're close enough the live audience won't notice the difference. When recording the performance you're hearing the slight misses more easily and thus I think the engineers have license to polish even if the intent is only to "better approximate the live experience".
I found one of Bless The Child from Wacken -13 as well and it's just perfect without polish, she was on fire that night - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ZwvFOUK9K8

I'm not sure I understand what youre saying, are you suggesting that Floor doesn't make the effort to sing 100% on pitch live?

Not at all, of course she is, but even as a "singing first" kind of performer she is moving about, getting tired and doesn't hear herself as well as she would in a quieter setting. So 100% perfect pitch throughout a 90 min live rock set is a bit of a pipe dream and the editing of Showtime, Storytime is stretching reality a little bit. I'm mainly just objecting to the loaded nature of the words pitch correction. They use it for their live releases and I'm just saying I don't think it's in any way bad that they do.

Who could have thought inviting such a singer as Floor would end up in the most mediocre and safe album possible. Both songwriting-wise and vocal-wise. Anette times proved to be so much more fun after all.

Safe? Maybe. Epic? Hell yes.

I feel like this was her first album with them and perhaps they had stuff already written for her. She was maybe just kinda like a hired gun for this release, but after extensive touring and working with the band hopefully she may have had a little more creative input on the upcoming release.

I hope they utilize Floor’s vocals more on the next one. The one long track on the second CD sounds intriguing.

It's another double album. I hope they're more adventurous on the new one than they were on this one. It's probably 'wrong' to say, but my two favorite Nightwish albums are the ones with Anette, and the best version of every song seems to be when Floor does it live.

15 second sample posted online. It's blocked here at work, but someone should check it out and tell me if there's any potential.
