I find them great even without the solos. Solos just make it that much better.

Alexi really really needs to ask himself if he's dead yet...if you get my drift.

this is the worst album put out by this band yet, not as good as anything else they have come out of the studio with. still, the song "hate crew deathroll" is fuckin amazing just because it is dedicated to the fans (such as myself) and is an amazing song overall.

i agree, this album is good, but not their best. i still like hatebreeder and follow the reaper the best by far.

only heard a few songs off this album, and they all sounded the same, like all their music.

this is essentially Power Metal.

One of the 202 rules of Power Metal is to sound the same on all your songs unless it's a ballad

CoB used to be my favorite band and most of their albums were classics, but now when i listen to the albums again, I don't get the same feeling as I did before. =[

Angels Don't Kill is my favorite song on here. I have no idea why, it's probably Alexi's vocals, he actually shows emotion.

Good review btw.

I dont think COB is Power Metal. I think they have influences from it, but i would call them Melodic Death Metal.

This is becoming one of my favorite COB albums. Needled 24/7 is one of the best songs that COB has ever made.

I am out of my Bodom phase now. Ever since Blooddrunk was released, I really haven't listened to a Bodom album. I'll listen to a song every now and then, and I'll never change my opinion of my ratings for each of their albums (as they have been influential to me), but I don't think I'll listen to a full Bodom album for a very long time.

Thats how I was too. After listening to Blooddrunk and then realizing it sucked ass, I didnt listen to them for a while. I just decided to turn this on today and I remembered that all of their albums except Blooddrunk are amazing.

Needled 24/7 is okay. It's really catchy, but it grows old fast.
