go go go
i regularly come back to at least sun of nihility, buried monuments and encircled by mirrors

While this album likely wouldn't earn more than a 3.5 from me at this point, I revisit Sun of Nihility ridiculously often.

The album art alone makes me want to check this out. Is it conceptual like some of their other stuff?

Funny how the vocals are the weakest part

Vocals are perfect imo, Bloc. They are mixed just right and don't dominate the sognwriting. He lets it ride. They may be the weakest part, but only because the competition is fierce.
|
| |
They're adequate, but what kind of Sputnikker would I be if I didn't find at at least ONE problem with a good album???
I do like what you said though, he doesn't take over any of the tracks and let's the music run free.

Do I hear a bit of Cynic in certain sections? Holy fuck these guys stepped their game up
