I'll have to check this one out too. I remember it got some good buzz back at release and I saw them live as an opening band but never bothered to listen to it.

When has Angel ever made jangle pop or twee pop? She doesn't even work in a pop framework most of the time, her realm is abstract singer/songwriter arrangements. As for the vocals Molly's are thin and airy, quite different from Angel's peculiar voice.

It's definitely not an obvious comparison but I can see how one would find a similarity between this and the A side of Angel's My Woman (which was, in fact, very power pop-oriented).
