let me clarify the aformentioned single-hearing were about 90% involuntary

not to say i don't like 'em, more that i (& presumably the rest of the world) couldn't avoid 'em

The singles aren't really all that great, taken out of context from the album. When they're placed in their respective track order, they become something a little more special in my opinion.
