I certainly agree on the first two, and I will have to hear some of those later. I also found Overkill's new album to be miles ahead of this, as well as Behemoth's The Satanist and Spectral Lore's III to give more extreme examples. I even liked Pale Communion better than this despite many thinking otherwise, and Epica's and Sabaton's new releases outmatched this as well.

its tough to listen this when you consider the fact that the band playing is judas priest and you could be listening to stained class, painkiller, sad wings, etc

70s Priest [2] is better [2]. I may overall prefer Iron Maiden to Judas Priest, but Sad Wings and Stained Class are higher points than my top two Maiden albums for me. It's just a shame they haven't been great since Painkiller.
