I've had a look. Again fascinating.
I look in the mirror and I see me in a 'mans' body but I have no identifiable connection as such to that body. I have no thought process that question my bodily characteristics.
If I looked at me and thought 'I'm in the wrong body here' would I go out of my way to change my outward appearance? Would it make me feel better to 'look' the opposite sex if I was miserable?
