New stuff's got a very acoustic folky vibe, apparently there's only one electric song on it.

Mac clearly cared a little less about songwriting on this, but the laidback vibe and excellent production still give this album a great atmosphere, passing out pieces and chamber of reflection don't really fit with the album but are also the best two songs imo, wish he'd make a psychedelic synthetic album sometime.

Those are two of my favorites too! Need to hear the rest of his stuff before the new album.

I like this album a lot but much more for the vibe than the music itself.

This album makes me want to steal a pontoon boat, drive it to the middle of the Atlantic ocean, then OD and die from nicotine overdose simply because cruising back to shore just sounds like too much effort. Great album!!

yeah I heard it leaked a few days ago

this is such a nice jam and it's always really satisfying but there's something that keeps me from 4ing it even though it is definitely excellent at doing what it's trying to do
