This album structure rips of WYWH so much it's practically a homage

Phase 1 is slightly better than phase 2, but they're both untouchable

idk this might be a 4.5 but for all its' strengths it's just so derivative of Floyd. If I wasn't spacing out I was just thinking about WYWH. Adding a few electronic textures and some cool guitar lines just isn't enough when the main inspiration is so painfully obvious, and makes it sound dated. But criticisms aside this is still massively enjoyable, the t/t is still great of course and the middle songs are among their best

It's hard to fault this and I'm not sure why I can't 5 this. Just feels like a 4 overall, despite being one of PT's most consistent release

Moonloop and the 2 parts of the self titled track are classics

Still on my journey through their discog, just got done listening to this for the first time. I really enjoyed this one! For a first listen it gets an easy 3.5, but I can guarantee after a few listens that will be going up.

Signify will be the next one I check out. But I'll wait and stick to this one for a little bit. Let it really sink in. I honestly really didn't like Up the Downstair though...
